This is my second plank song/countdown timer, set to 1 minute and 30 seconds. After the success of the first one-minute version, which became quite popular among plank workout enthusiasts, I was asked to create a longer version. For this track, I put in a lot more effort in the music production. However, despite the hard work, it hasn’t gained the same popularity as the first one. Many people feel that the music in the original is more motivating for plank exercises. Give it a listen and feel free to form your own opinion.
